GLOSSARY LETTER
Share cum Debt warrant is a hybrid Security composed of a classic Share and one or several Options to subscribe to new bonds (Subscription warrant) or to buy existing bonds (Purchase warrant). After the issue, two components are Split up and are traded separately. The validity period and the purchase terms of the Option are fixed in advance.
